I was praying to the Lord.. worshipping... and i prayed " The Lord is my shepherd, i shall not want.."
Then, it dawned on me... Perhaps Godly wisdom that God wants me to share about. I just had to put this up on my blog before i go back to seek Him.

What does that one single phrase mean?
Only if the Lord is your shepherd, will you not be in want. That is what struck me. Are we really surrendering everything to Him and trusting that His will and His plans are higher than our own?
Are we really laying all our burdens at the cross and at His feet? Or are we hogging on to the things of the world?
Are we willing to let Him lead us to quiet waters and let Him guide us in paths of righteousness? Or are we saying, "wait, Lord. Just a while more. After i finish this..." or perhaps pulling or arms out of His grasp. He is a gentleman. He'll let us choose.
Are we fixing our eyes on Him? On what is eternal rather than temporal?

2 Corin 4:18
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

So i urge you Christians... ask for Godly wisdom when you read, for God will reveal things to you. But my prayer to Him is "Place upon my heart what is upon Yours." and so my nick reads.

I am skeptical.
Black and white flashes of a past that i try not to remember.
Cynical.
But these feelings will stay forever...
Unless...
All is removed.
God bless...
My heart - aloof.

My heart wore a smie,
I was once happy.
But it only lasted for a while,
When you woke me.
I said i'd be obedient,
For it's placed over sacrifice.
So in the end i didn't
continue, after adivce.

I believe you sent her
To show me Your narrow path.
But oh Lord my God, revealer,
Tell me it's enough.

The crooked road turn once, twice,
And now i'm stuck right here.
Oh Father Your ways are wise,
But Your call, may i hear.

If i am to move Your mountains,
Tell me;
For i am myopic,
I can't see.
If i am to give my heart,
Show me;
For i will do Your will,
May it be.

But Lord i petition,
I pray with my whole heart.
Let me live a joyful life,
Let not it be hard.
I could do many things,
But one thing which i'm confused.
You, king of all kings,
My only, sole refuge.

Father, my heart is burdened,
Lord, my mind mixed up.
Give me the strength to carry on,
Overflow my cup.

You are my shepherd,
I shall not want.
Lead me to quiet places,
To the waterfront.

Then you remind me
To be still, for You are God.
Something along the way,
I think i forgot.

Help me put this at the Cross,
Put it in Your hand.
Help me in this life, i'm lost.
Teach me how to stand.

This is my prayer,
I give my heart to You.
Use it and mould it,
Give it Your will to do.
